Celebs deal with many personal issues that some can relate to off camera. A celebrity life is not all "peaches and cream". The beautiful Top Chef host Padm Lakshmi is currently in the middle of a custody battle with Adam Dell, the father of her 11-month-old daughter Krishna. Dell (brother to billionaire Michael Dell of Dell Inc.) filed a suit for full custody on Jan. 25. Dell is upset with the amount of time Padma allows him to have with his daughter.

The couple previously arranged an out-of-court joint custody agreement which ends when Krishna turns 1 year old on Feb. 20. It is reported that Dell is upset about more than just the custody arrangement. Sources claim he is upset with the name Lakshmi chose for their daughter and claims he is not even listed on her birth certificate. According to the case, he's asking for his name to be officially listed as the father and for Krishna to take his last name along with Lakshmi's.
Lakshmi, who was previously married to Salman Rushdle, dated Dell for a short time in 2009. Currently Padma is in a relationship with IMG owner Teddy Forstmann. We hope that all goes well for the parents and want the world to know Celebs are "HUMAN".
