FM's Breastfeeding & Exercising

While regular exercise can help Fashionista Mommy's to get back in shape, there are some instructions to keep in mind. Wearing a good sports bra is a key essential too working out. A sports bra that constricts your breast too much can cause plugged ducts. Take on your work out routine slowly. Your breast will be larger in size so there will have to be some getting use to your new proportions. Weight loss should be done gradually, at least a pound a week or 4 pounds a month after your baby is born. Intake extra fluids during and after exercise. The chance of dehydration may affect your milk supply. Refuel your body, for breastfeeding moms require extra calories to produce enough milk and to restore the calories burned during the workout.
