ITS PREGO SEASON: dont forget to EXERCISE



When pregnant that doesn't mean you have to stop working out. Maintaining core and balance exercises is great for expecting moms. Doing curls using a stability ball, single leg balance movements and compound moves like squat thrusters are great exercises as well.





But before you (and your bump!) hit the gym, there are a few things to keep in mind: Monitor your heart rate and body temperature and be careful when attempting moves that focus on the back, or involve twisting
