R.I.P Elizabeth Taylor...A TRUE BEAUTY



Elizabeth Taylor was an actress with a stunning beauty and whose name was synonymous with Hollywood glamour. She died on March 23, 2011, in Los Angeles of congestive heart failure. She was 79.




Taylor first appeared onscreen at the age of 9 and was there from then on. She appeared in films such as, “National Velvet” to “A Place in the Sun” and from there to “Cleopatra”. This is what shaped the actress into a notable QUEEN!




In her career of more than 70 years and more than 50 films, she won two Academy Awards as best actress. Later in her life, she became known as a social activist. This came upon due to the death of her friend Rock Hudson, she was a founder of the American Foundation for AIDS Research and devoted a great deal of her time to raising money for it.
