In recent news FAB MOM, Halle Berry has let everyone know that her daughter Nahla, is Black Berry has won the right to move Nahla to New York while she films a movie. Gabriel Aubry, father of Nahla, has been granted visitation rights to spend time with his daughter while she is temporarily living in New York.
Berry began proceedings last month to receive full custody of Nahla. She claimed to be concerned for her daughter's welfare when she was with her dad, Aubry. Since then, Aubry and Halle seemed to have found common ground in their custody battle. Berry's lawyer said of the ruling: " Halle is very pleased with the judge’s order.”
Berry claims that, the time she had to spend on the custody battle has hindered her original role in the movie she's filming, New Year's Eve,it has been given to Katherine Heigl. Berry added, "and my daughter is Black."
We hope all goes with the two for the sake of the child.
